Keeping Delivered Items
It is possible to have your luggage/items delivered prior to your arrival. Please send the items in advance through a delivery system according to your schedule.
Pick Up and Drop Off Service
Please contact our company’s sales representative 2 days prior to your arrival at the latest if you would like to utilize this service.
* Pick up and drop off area: within Hiroshima prefecture (within 100 km one way)
Procedures upon Arrival
After completing entry procedures at the entrance with a security guard, our company’s staff will guide you to the parking lot and hotel.
* If your arrival time is after 5 pm, please contact our company’s sales representative prior to your arrival.
Cleaning when Staying Consecutive Nights
If you would like your room cleaned, please stick the cleaning card prepared in your room outside on the door (cleaning time: 10 am to 4 pm).
* For lodge type accommodation, please stick the card on the door to the pathway outside.
Changes in Pick Up, Drop Off, and Stay
Please contact our company’s sales representative by the day prior to your planned stay.
Checkout Time
You can stay at Warahino Lodge until 5 pm on the day of checkout (no notice needed).
* Please contact our company’s sales representative if you plan to stay after 5 pm.
Returning Your Room Key
Please leave the room key on the desk of your room when you checkout.
Arranging for a Taxi
Please contact our company’s sales representative and they will arrange for a taxi service at your desired time.
Forgotten Items
If you forget something in your room, our company’s sales representative will contact you, and the items will be mailed to you.
